Bon je sais pas si ça va là et si quelqu'un l'a déjà posté mais en cas voici une petite interview de Clive et Susan :

British Invasion
(Soaps In Depth June 10, 1997)

You say tomato, I say to-mah-to...
SUN's casting director felt that
Clive Robertson's colorful British
accent would lend texture to SUN's canvas.

Without a doubt, Clive Robertson's alter ego, Ben Evans, is the silent type with a capital "S."
However, surprisingly enough, it was Robertson's thick British accent that turned the heads of
SUN's producers. "Originally, we didn't conceive Ben as a foreigner, but during casting, we
definitely opened up that possibility," recalls the show's casting director, Melinda Gartzman. She
explains that all of the show's characters were meant to be Sunset Beach townies. When they mulled
over the character of Ben, though, they reconsidered. "We thought that this person could have come
from anywhere at all," Gartzman says. Enter English actor Clive Robertson. "I think that the
character of Ben lends itself to being a man from another country," Robertson notes. "Immediately, it
gives him another angle to play off of, and that adds to mystery." Gartzman explains, "Audiences
love British accents. This accent has been very successful in all genres -- film, TV, and theater."
Robertson couldn't agree more. "I think that the average American finds anything outside of this
country to be more interesting. I think that the accent adds to the intrigue, and it gives Ben a
mysterious edge."

Sunset Beach's Break Out Couple
(Soap Opera Digest May 6, 1997)

Meg and Ben

Sunset Beach

Relationship Milestone: Their first real kiss.
The Scene: As part of their investigation into Del's murder, Meg and Ben faked a relationship.
Neither admitted that they really had feelings for each other. After the Surf Central party, Ben asked
Meg to dance on his balcony. The couple swayed in each other's arms. "I can't remember the last
time I wanted to do anything as much as I want to do this," Ben murmured, planting a long,
passionate kiss on Meg.
Stumbling Blocks: Annie and Tim have joined forces to keep Ben and Meg apart. The memory of
Ben's late wife, Maria, also poses a threat. He keeps a painting of the dead woman in his living
room -- how can Meg compete with that?
Current Status: Despite the fact that they're cyber soul mates, Ben is afraid of jumping into a serious
relationship.
The Odds: Very promising. If Mr. Evans gets over his haunting past, Ben and Meg could end up
being the supercouple of the BEACH.

MARCH 31 1998 SOAP OPERA DIGEST

Since Sunset Beach's January 6, 1997 premiere, the has used technology, temptation, and terror to further the romance of their top couple, Meg (Susan Ward) and Ben (Clive Robertson). As the characters look forward to their wedding this spring, the actors look back at what made the pairing work.

DIGEST: Do you remember first meeting each other and reading for the roles? What were your first impressions?

Clive ROBERTSON: Actually, I didn't audition with Susan, so I didn't meet her until we came in for costume fitting. They paraded us out on-set ~~ me, Susan, and Sarah (Annie). And Sarah was wearing as thin lingerie as you can get.

Susan WARD: Luckily, I wore something more Meg-like.

Clive ROBERTSON: Yes, I remember. They plunked me in the middle, and I didn't know who was who. I didn't know what was going on. I just remember Susan was going through the same thing. I'm sure we said hello, but thats about it.

Susan WARD: I didn't know who he was either. I had no idea that he'd be my love interest because I didn't know anything about my storyline.

DIGEST: What were your thoughts when you learned that Ben and Meg would be the show's first big romance?

Clive ROBERTSON: To be honest, they never really told us.

Susan WARD: It was at a table reading when I first realized that he would be my love interest. I was excited. He's a great guy, he was always really nice to me and I was just very excited.

Clive ROBERTSON: I was as well. As for as the "supercouple" goes, it just so happens that our chemistry on-screen worked, and then they started writing for us. If we never showed any chemistry, then I don't think they would have ended up writing in this way.

DIGEST: Were you able to establish an immediate rapport as actors?

Clive ROBERTSON: It was quite a slow start, as actors. She did things that surprised me.

Susan WARD: We had to get to know each other's style.

Clive ROBERTSON: She has that lovely innocence about her on-camera, which really came across. I wasn't expecting it, and I suppose I just sort of responded to it. I give her a lot of credit for it.

DIGEST: You spend so much time together, so there must be funny little squabbles?

Clive ROBERTSON: We never have any funny arguments. [laughs]

Susan WARD: When you spend so much time together, there will always be disagreements.

Clive ROBERTSON: I don't remember us having a fight, actually.

DIGEST: How has your relationship changed in the past year?

Clive ROBERTSON: We've definitely become more friendly, on- and off-set.

Susan WARD: I think we're definitely more comfortable with each other, and we've become closer in a lot of ways.

Clive ROBERTSON: We used to keep to ourselves when we weren't actually doing a scene. In a way, it possibly helped. We didn't do it on purpose.

Susan WARD: We definitely have a better relationship than we did in the beginning because we just got to know each other and learned each other's boundaries and limitations.

DIGEST: What happens when one of you is having a bad day?

Clive ROBERTSON: When Susan's having a bad day, I steer well clear. I'm serious.

Susan WARD: Same with Clive. I usually don't say anything, and I just give him his space. The worst thing is being hounded by everyone. I know when I'm in a bad mood; I just like to be left alone.

Clive ROBERTSON: Yes. These days, actually -- this is how friendly we've gotten -- she tells me when she's having a bad day. I noticed recently, when she's having a bad day, we can actually have quite a lot of fun with that.

DIGEST: Some soap couples find it easier to stay away from each other off the set, while others are the best of friends. How about you two?

Clive ROBERTSON: We went to Ohio, Joe [Susan's boyfriend] and I went to play golf, while [Clive's girlfriend] Libby and Susan went to the local inn.

Susan WARD: They were in a tournament, and Libby and I went to the spa and had a girls' day. We sipped tea and hada wonderful lunch on the golf course... not their golf course, of course. We had a lot of fun.

Clive ROBERTSON: That was Super Bowl Sunday, and then we all went out and watch the Super Bowl. We also had a great time at the Thanksgiving Day Parade together. I went to Thanksgiving dinner at Susan's.

Susan WARD: I lived in New York for a long time, and my old roommate still lived there in our old apartment, so we invited Libby and Clive. We had a big, huge dinner of lamb and wine and all kinds of goodies.

Clive ROBERTSON: Then we went to this bar, and we stayed up to about 4am.

Susan WARD: We had a great time.

DIGEST: What's the funniest thing that's happened on the during one of your scenes?

Clive ROBERTSON: She hit me with a flower once, by accident, when we were on location in Kansas. She was playing around with it, swishing it back and forth, and she caught me on the nose.

Susan WARD: That was pretty funny.

Clive ROBERTSON: Unsuspecting, actually.

Susan WARD: He had handed me a flower in one of the scenes, and I was just waiving it around in-between scenes, and accidentally hit him in the face. That was really funny, and they have it on film.

Clive ROBERTSON: It will be on my high-light reel. [laughs]

DIGEST: Susan -- do you ever imitate the English accent?

Susan WARD: Oh yeah. I don't do very well, but I like to think it's pretty funny.

Clive ROBERTSON: She's pretty awful. Apparently, Joe does, as well.

Susan WARD: When Joe reads with me, he always tries to do Clive's accent, and it's so hilarious that I can't even concentrate.

DIGEST: The line dancing in Kansas was quite a hit with the fans. Rate each other's performance.

Clive ROBERTSON: She was a 10 out of a 10.

Susan WARD: I definitely give him a 10.

Clive ROBERTSON: No, I was a slow starter.

SusanWARD: But a strong finisher. A 10.

DIGEST: Can we expect more dancing?

Clive ROBERTSON: I don't know. I would mind doing some Latin American dancing. I actually learned that in drama school.

Susan WARD: I hope they'll put us in a big ballroom, and we'll do some ballroom dancing. That would be so much fun.

DIGEST: Why do Ben and Meg love each other so much?

Clive ROBERTSON: I think he offers her something fresh and innocent, and she's antithesis of what he had with Maria.

Susan WARD: Ben's sincere, and he treats her like an incredible woman. She feels incredible around him: She feels loved, cherished and respected.

DIGEST: Do you ever get sick of hearing the names Ben and Meg pronounce together?

Susan WARD: Oh yeah.

Clive ROBERTSON: Usually it's "Ben and Meg" or "Men and Beg" or "Meg and Beg" [laughs].

Susan WARD: I definitely do, but it's part of my life, so I've gotten use to it.

Clive ROBERTSON: I'm not tired of it at all -- it's very nice.

Susan WARD: It's nice...at times.

DIGEST: Describe how you would script Ben and Meg's wedding.

Clive ROBERTSON: Between you and me, we're pushing for a Venice wedding, there's no two ways about it.

Susan WARD: He's pushing for Venice; I'm definitely pushing for Bora Bora.

Clive ROBERTSON: Whenever they mention the wedding, I'm like, a wedding in Venice would be nice. We stress Venice a lot because I'm not settling for any of this gondola stuff in Venice, California. We want the real thing.

Susan WARD: I would settle for Venice. A lavish wedding in a huge cathedral.

Clive ROBERTSON: We want the real thing.

DIGEST: Do Ben and Meg have a chance for happiness?

Clive ROBERTSON: We live and hope.

Toujours sur le meme site en voici une autre :

Digest: Why do you think the two of you have become the breakout couple on the show?
Susan Ward: Because he's a stud, that's why.
Clive Robertson: Have we become a popular couple?
Ward: I read that we had. It's amazing.
Robertson: That is amazing and very wonderful.
Digest:: Yes, wonderful, but why?
Robertson: THe story started with Susan's character, so there's alot of empathy with Meg.
Ward: And Ben as so much mystery about him. I think that's so interesting to the audience, because they don't know the full you.
Robertson: Plus, the whole Internet thing; I think that was very appealing
Digest: What attracts Ben to Meg and Vice Versa?
Robertson: What attracted Ben first was her mind, presumably, because that's what we met on the Internet.
Ward: His honesty.
Robertson: THey have a mutual understanding about things.
Digest: Why did Meg decide to seek out "S.B."?
Ward: Meg was in the Midwest and felt no one understood her. She knew Tim wasn't "the one." When she found out on her wedding day that Tim was cheating on her, she knew this opportunity of Ben, or "S.B." as she knew him, was here [at Sunset Beach]. She took a chance and jumped at it.
Robertson: Brilliant Move.
Ward: I thought so.
Digest: What was going through your minds after Ben and Meg's first real kiss?
Ward: It was the ultimate for Meg; it was what she always wanted. That's why she came to Sunset Beach. She had known he was"S.B.", so it was very exciting for her and the real thing
Robertson: And it was very real for Ben, as well, because this was the first girl he'd commited to since the death of his wife, Maria.
Ward: But you haven't committed.
Robertson: I committed to the kiss, though, didn't I?
W: Well, that you did. Very well may I did.
Digest: What advice would you give to Ben and Meg together in a normal relationship?
Ward: Therapy.
Robertson: I'd tell them to get on with it.
Ward: He needs to get over Maria and get on with his life. Maria's been dead for four years, and he's goign to be miserable for the reset of his life if he continues like this.
Robertson: Yes, I'm too miserable. I need to lighten up a bit.
Ward: That's what I'm here for.

MessageSujet: Re: Interview commune Susan & Clive   Interview commune Susan & Clive Icon_minitimeMar 22 Mar - 21:37

Et une autre... J'apprends des trucs moi. J'avais jamais trop fait gaffe avant aux interviews si elles étaient pas en français lol

SEPTEMBER 8 1997

SODlive:

Hello all you SUNSET BEACH fans!

We're here with Clive Robertson and Susan Ward....

Better known as Ben and Meg to you :-)

SODlive:

Hello Susan and Clive!

Susan and Clive:

HELLO!

Question:

For both Clive and Susan:
Who influenced you the most when you were growing up?

Susan Ward:

MY MOTHER DID. SHE WAS A VERY HARD WORKER:
A TEACHER AND A PSYCHATRIC NURSE. I STUDIED PSYCHOLOGY.

Clive Robertson:

PROBABLY MY FATHER. HE WAS A PILOT IN THE AIR FORCE.
HE WAS A VERY GOOD FATHER TO ME. HE WAS A VERY HONEST AND KIND MAN.
THOUGH HE DIED WHEN I WAS 15, UP UNTIL THAT POINT,
I THINK, YOUR MOTHER IS PROBABLY MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU THEN YOUR FATHER IS.
I THINK HE INFLUENCED ME ENOUGH TO FOLLOW IN HIS FOOTSTEPS.

Question:

For both Susan and Clive:
Where were you when you found out you got the part on Sunset Beach?
What did you do when you found out?

Susan Ward:

I WAS ACTUALLY AT THE AIRPORT PICKING UP MY MOTHER.
IT WAS A MONTH TO THE DAY THAT I TESTED FOR THE PART.
I GOT A PAGE AND PEGGY IN THE CASTING DEPT TOLD ME I GOT THE PART!

Clive Robertson:

I WAS STAYING WITH SOME FRIENDS IN PACIFIC PALISADES
(I WASN'T LIVING IN LA AT THE TIME)
MY MANAGER CALLED ME & SAID I GOT THE FRIGGIN' PART! I SAID,
I GOT THE PART? AND HE SAID, YES!
AND THEN I DOVE IN THE SWIMMING POOL.

Question:

For Susan: Was it fun taping the "catfight" with Sarah Buxton?

Susan Ward:

YEAH, IT WAS ACTUALLY A LOT OF FUN.
WE LAUGHED THROUGH ALL OF THE SCENES.
OUR BODY DOUBLES FIT US TO A TEE.
WE DID EVERYTHING THEY DID, TOO. IT WAS A LOT OF FUN.

Question:

For Clive: I love your character (but who doesn't).
I read you moved to the states just for this part.
How are done you like it here?

Clive Robertson:

TRULY, I LOVE IT. I LOVE CALIFORNIA,
I HAD NEVER BEEN HERE UNTIL A MONTH BEFORE I GOT THE PART.
I LOVE THE SUNSHINE MOST OF ALL AND I LOVE WHERE I LIVE,
IT'S SO DIFFERENT THAN WHERE
I LIVED IN LONDON AND EVERYTHING OUT HERE IS SO RELAXED COMPARED TO LONDON.
IT SUITS ME BETTER, I THINK.

Question:

Susan, what does Ben need to say or do to prove himself to Meg?

Clive Robertson:

OH COMES ON! I THINK HE'S SAID ENOUGH ALREADY!

Susan Ward:

I THINK HE NEEDS TO STOP CALLING ME MARIA, FOR ONE.
AND HE NEEDS TO STOP LISTENING TO WHAT ANNIE SAYS TO HIM.
HE NEEDS TO WINE AND DINE HER, AND WOO HER.

Clive Robertson:

THERE'S A LOT MORE COMING UP!

Question:

Clive... you are so handsome when you wear black and blue on the show,
what colors are your favorite to wear off screen?

Clive Robertson:

BLUE AND BLACK. SERIOUSLY! AND WHITE, OCCASSIONALLY.

Question:

Clive, hello! I know that you did a lot of theatre in England.
Do you prefer theatre or television,
and are they similar in any ways? Thank you!

Clive Robertson:

IN ALL SERIOUSNESS,
I PREFER THEATER AS A MEDIUM ONLY BECAUSE I'M A BIT OF A PERFECTIONIST AND THEATER ALLOWS YOU TO PERFECT YOUR PERFOMANCE.
HAVING SAID THAT, IT DOESN'T PAY VERY WELL!
I'VE NEVER DONE AS MUCH TV AS I HAVE SINCE I'VE DONE THIS SHOW AND WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT IT IS,
THAT I HAVE, AS AN ACTOR, BECOME MORE SPONTANEOUS AS AN ACTOR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T BE AS POLISHED IN YOUR PERFORMANCE.

Question:

Susan, do you still ride mountain bikes like you did years ago?

Susan Ward:

NO, I DIDN'T RIDE MOUNTAIN BIKES, I WAS A BMX RACER. I DON'T RIDE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A BIKE HERE, BUT I AM LOOKING TO GET ONE AND TAKE IT OUT ON THE MOUNTAINS AND JUST PEDAL MY HEART AWAY!

Question:

I was wondering if you were in a British ad for chewing gum, Clive, or am I imagining things!

Clive Robertson:

OH, DEAR! I'VE BEEN FOUND OUT! YES! THIS IS THE SAD, AWFUL TRUTH. HOW DO YOU KNOW?

Question:

If your characters were to be broken up, whom would you each choose for your character's next love interest?

Clive Robertson:

AUNT BETTE!

Susan Ward:

PROBABLY MARK ACTUALLY BECAUSE WE HAVE A REALLY GOOD CHEMISTRY AND WE WORK WELL TOGETHER. WE'RE THE TWO GOOD CHARACTERS OF THE SHOW AND HE'S FUN TO WORK WITH.

Question:

Susan and Clive, this is for both of you. Has the response to Ben and Meg surprised you? How many mail dos you typically receive, and do you get a chance to read it? Thanks.

Clive Robertson:

I COULDN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY LETTERS I GET... 25 A WEEK? AND, YES, I READ ALL THE LETTERS I GET. I REALLY ENJOY READING THEM BECAUSE OCCASSIONALLY I GET ONE THAT'S REALLY INTERESTING.

Susan Ward:

I GET ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT. I DO TRY TO READ ALL OF MY LETTERS AND PICK OUT THE FEW SPECIAL ONES: CHILDREN IN THE HOSPITAL, PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK, ETC. AND I TRY TO RESPOND TO THEM.

Question:

Susan: I watched you on "Malibu Shores". What is the difference between Primetime and Daytime shows? Which is easier?

Susan Ward:

PRIMETIME IS DEFINITELY A LOT LESS WORK! ON SB, WE FILM AN EPISODE A DAY. AT MALIBU, WE FILMED AN EPISODE IN 7 DAYS THERE WAS STILL LONG HOURS BUT LESS TO DO. A LOT LESS PRESSURE. I LIKED MS BECAUSE WE WERE ON LOCATION IN MALIBU IT WAS NICE TO BE ON THE BEACH, VERY RELAXING. I LIKE PRIMETIME A LOT, BUT I LOVE WHAT I’M DOING NOW.

Question:

Susan, what's it like working with Clive?

Susan Ward:

CLIVE IS INCREDIBLE TO WORK WITH.

Clive Robertson:

I'M SITTING HERE NEXT TO HER, HOLDING HER DOWN, WITH A MALLET TO HER HEAD!

Susan Ward:

IT'S A JOY WORKING WITH CLIVE. WE COVER FOR EACH OTHER A LOT OF THE TIMES. HE'S VERY PATIENT AND GIVING IN A LOT OF WAYS. HE'S HELD MY HAND A FEW DAYS AND HELPED ME THROUGH MY DAY.

Question:

Susan and Clive-I love you guys on the show!!! :-) What's it like working with the rest of the cast?

Clive Robertson:

WELL, EACH CAST MEMBER IS OBVIOUSLY DIFFERENT. AND I WORK DIFFERENTLY WITH EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM. SOME YOU JUST FIND EASIER TO WORK WITH THAN OTHERS FOR INSTANCE, I ENJOY THE FEW SCENES I HAVE WITH SAM BEREHENS AND HANK CHEYNE. AND SARAH BUXTON.

Susan Ward:

DITTO. I REALLY ENJOY WORKING WITH NICK STABILE, WE WORK REALLY WELL WITH EACH OTHER SARAH BUXTON, I LIKE WORKING WITH HER, TOTAL BAD GIRL & I'M A GOOD GIRL. IT'S GOOD TO SEE HOW WE REACT OFF EACH OTHER. WE REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW THE SCENE IS GOING TO WORK UNTIL WE DO IT.

Question:

AFTER THE CHRISTMAS WEDDING (HOPEFULLY) ARE THERE ANY PLANS OF EVER FILMING IN EUROPE? VENICE THE MOST ROMANTIC CITY IN THE WORLD. I KNOW YOU CAN'T DO SPOILERS.

Clive Robertson:

WHEN WORKING WITH RICK BENNOWITZ, ONE OF OUR DIRECTORS, HE SUGGESTED IN ONE SCENE THAT WE DID THAT WE MENTION VENICE AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE. IN ORDER TO PLANT A SEED IN THE PRODUCER'S HEAD ABOUT JUST THAT! SO, YOU NEVER KNOW! I DON'T THINK VENICE IN THE STUDIO WILL HAVE QUITE THE SAME IMPACT!

Question:

You both are great.... Who fools around most on the set?

Clive Robertson:

PROBABLY SAM.

Susan Ward:

YES, SAM BEREHENS.

Question:

You guys are great on Sunset Beach! Which do you enjoy taping more: the outdoor beach scenes or in the studio?

Susan Ward:

OUTDOOR! ONCE YOU'RE IN THE STUDIO ALL DAY LONG YOU START TO FEEL LIKE A VAMPIRE... YOU GO IN WHEN IT'S DARK AND LEAVE WHEN IT'S DARK SO I REALLY ENJOY LOCATION WORK.

Clive Robertson:

LOCATION IS LIKE BEING ON HOLIDAY, FOR ME.

Susan Ward:

I AGREE. AND IT'S MORE LAIDBACK.

Question:

Susan & Clive - If you were stuck on a desert island with one other person... who would that person be?

Clive Robertson:

MY GIRLFRIEND PUT ME!

Susan Ward:

THE MYSTERIOUS AND WEALTHY ENTREPENEUR BEN EVANS.

Question:

Clive and Susan hi, I love you both on the show how do you feel about all this attention "Sunset Beach" has been receiving on-line?

Susan Ward:

I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER AT MY HOUSE, SO I'M REALLY NOT IN TOUCH WITH THE CHAT ROOMS & EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE INTERNET. BUT FROM WHAT I HEAR FROM PEOPLE AT WORK, IT'S VERY VERY GOOD. I THINK IT'S TREMENDOUS

Clive Robertson:

DITTO. BUT, I JUST PURCHASED A COMPUTER AS OF LAST MONTH, I TRIED TO GET ONLINE AND IWASN'T ABLE TO FIND MY WAY AROUND VERY EASILY BUT I WILL TRY AGAIN WHEN I HAVE MORE TIME.

Question:

Hello do you think Meg will ever get a better bedroom?

Clive Robertson:

I PRAY, PRAY EVERY NIGHT!

Susan Ward:

LOL. I THINK SHE WILL IN THE FUTURE. SHE'LL HAVE MORE MONEY WHEN SHE'S WITH BEN. I'VE BEEN FIGHTING THAT FROM THE GET GO: HER WARDROBE, ETC. BUT SHE'S A SIMPLE GIRL FROM KANSAS AND SHE'S JUST GETTING OUT THERE IN THE REAL WORLD. BUT YES, I'M HOPING THINGS WILL CHANGE, THE SOONER THE BETTER.

Question:

Clive: how do you feel about the sex symbol status that you have reached?

Clive Robertson:

WHAT SEX SYMBOL STATUS? ARE THERE THINGS GOING ON THAT I'M NOT PRIVY TO?

Question:

Susan, Meg seems to be torn between following her heart and listening to her mind. What will she ultimately do?

Susan Ward:

WELL, I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON BEN, HOW HE REACTS AND WHAT HE DOES TO CHANGE HER MIND, IF SHE CAN CHANGE HER MIND. HOPEFULLY SHE'LL GO WITH HER HEART, BUT THOSE BRAINS GET IN THE WAY.

Question:

To Clive: What was your reaction about the princess?

Clive Robertson:

WELL, I WAS SHOCKED AS EVERYONE ELSE WAS, I'M SURE. I WAS ALSO SHOCKED BY THE REACTION THAT I WAS HEARING FROM THE AMERICAN PUBLIC. I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW POPULAR SHE WAS HERE, TO BE HONEST THE LAST TIME I SAW DIANA WAS AT THE HARBOR CLUB GYM IN LONDON ABOUT 18 MONTHS AGO AND IT WAS OVER EASTER, SHE WAS SITTING ON A ROW WITH A BAR READING A NEWSPAPER. I WAS SORELY TEMPTED TO GO TALK TO HER.

Question:

Susan, I loved your portrayal of Psyche' on "Hercules", is there any chance of you doing another episode?

Susan Ward:

I HOPE SO, IN THE FUTURE THAT I CAN RETURN AND GO BACK TO NEW ZELAND I HEARD RECENTLY THAT PSYCHE HAD A BABY. I REALLY ENJOYED WORKING THERE WITH KEVIN SORBO. HE'S AN INCREDIBLE PERSON. HE WAS VERY KIND AND GENEROUS TO ME, AND MADE ME FEEL WELCOME. I WOULD LOVE TO RETURN.

Question:

Who on the show is most unlike his/her character?

Susan Ward:

SARAH.

Clive Robertson:

SAM.

Susan Ward:

SARAH'S NOT THAT MUCH OF A BITCH. SHE'S VERY SWEET AND KIND. SHE'S NOT CONNIVING AND MALICOUS LIKE ANNIE IS.

Clive Robertson:

I AGREE WITH THAT. ALSO, SAM, BENEATH THAT HARD EXTERIOR, IS A PUSSYCAT. SAM IS SO, SO KIND AND GENEROUS PERSON. HE IS THE ANTITHESIS OF GREGORY.

Question:

Clive: An awkward? But what is your favorite beverage?

Clive Robertson:

PROBABLY AT THE MOMENT, STOLI VODKA AND TONIC.

Question:

For Clive or Susan: I live up here in Canada. Does either of you know when any of the SB actors will do public appearances up here?

Clive Robertson:

THERE'S TALK OF BRINGING A BUNCH OF ACTORS FOR A SOAPFEST EVENT UP THERE BUT NOTHING IS DEFINITE.

Question:

Clive and Susan, what did you do with your first paycheck?

Clive Robertson:

I SPENT IT ON A CAR, I THINK. ACTUALLY, IT WENT TO PAY FOR ALL MY DEBTS, WHICH INCLUDED BUYING A CAR.

Susan Ward:

I PAID RENT AND WENT SHOPPING!

Question:

I hear you both were on location in Kansas...were that any fun?

Susan Ward:

IT WAS ACTUALLY A LOT OF FUN. WE WERE ALL-TOGETHER IN A BIG VAN & STAYED ON THIS BIG HOTEL W/NO WINDOWS WENT ON THESE ADVENTURES TO FIND RESTURAUNTS. IT WAS A BONDING EXPERIENCE. IT WAS A LOT OF WORK BUT A LOT OF FUN.

Clive Robertson:

AS SHE SAID, WE HAD SOME FUN EXPERIENCES... ON PLANES. I SAT NEXT TO WEIRD AL YANKOVIC COMING BACK FROM KANSAS. I DIDN'T ACTUALLY KNOW WHO HE WAS.

Susan Ward:

SARAH AND I WENT OVER ANS INTRODUCED OURSELVES.

Clive Robertson:

HE MANAGED TO DROP HIS DRINK ALL OVER HIMSELF. ALSO, THERE WAS A WOMAN, A FAN, SITTING IN FRONT OF ME WHO ON TAKE OFF, WAS TRYING TO PEER AROUND HER CHAIR AND TAKE A POLAROID OF ME WHICH SHE REALIZED HALFWAY DOWN THE RUNWAY WAS IMPOSSIBLE.

Susan Ward:

LITO, OUR MAKEUP ARTIST, ASKED HER THE TIME AND HE GAVE HER LA INSTEAD OF NY TIME, AND SHE REACHED OVER AND HIT HIM! SHE SAID SHE WANTED NY TIME, NOT LA TIME.

Question:

Susan: No offense to you, because I love your work, but what is wrong with your character! OK, tell Ben what happened and then hang out with Vanessa. You need to fight two on two, you and Vanessa on Annie and Virginia! What do you think?

Susan Ward:

I PERSONALLY THINK THAT'S A MARVELOUS IDEA. ANNIE AND VIRGINIA DESERVE DO BE DONE IN BY VANESSA AND MEG! THEY'VE BEEN SO HORRIBLE TO THEM AND SO MEAN. I THINK THE TWO GOOD GIRLS NEED TO GET BACK AT THE TWO BAD GIRLS. AS FOR BEN, HE SHOULD REMEMBER ON HIS OWN. WE’VE GIVEN HIM ENOUGH CLUES. BY THIS TIME HE SHOULD FIGURE OUT WHAT HE’S DOING TO MEG!

Clive Robertson:

BUT, MARIA...

Question:

You two are great at solving crimes. What's next for the mystery sleuth couple, Ben and Meg?

Susan Ward:

THERE'S A LOT OF ADVENTURES FOR BEN AND MEG!

Clive Robertson:

THERE'S LOTS OF ADVENTURES, BUT I DON'T KNOW ABOUT CRIME SOLVING.

Susan Ward:

THERE HAS TO BE ADVENTURES TO KEEP YOU GUYS WATCHING!

SODlive:

We'd like to thank you all for being here tonight with Digest -- and Clive and Susan... And we'd like to thank Clive and Susan for being here too!

Susan Ward:

THANKS FOR COMING AND WATCHING SUNSET BEACH.THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT.

Clive Robertson:

THANKS FOR WATCHING AND I WILL DEFINITELY ENDEAVOR TO TRACK

YOU ALL DOWN ON THE INTERNET.
